RMA terms

Please return all RMA shipments to the following address:

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS For all RMA shipments the following rules apply:
Please note your RMA number on the outside of the box.

Do not add extra items unless you have consulted our RMA dept. first.
If you have more than one item on your RMA, please put all items in one shipment as we cannot finalize your RMA until we have recieved all items.
Goods must be handled as non-defective goods, meaning packed safe in boxes meant for shipping.
Handling time for RMA will be 5-7 days.

RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE GOODS
Comway do accept return of non-defective goods for credit note, however the following conditions must be met:
The goods must in original and sealed packing, if not additional cost will apply.
The goods can only be returned prior to mutual agreement between Comway Distribution and the customer.
All return shipments must be accompanied by a valid RMA number.
Comway Distribution reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 15% for goods in original and sealed packing, and 50 % on items in broken or unsealed packing.
