For all RMA shipments the following rules apply:
Please note your RMA number on the outside of the box.

DO NOT add extra items unless you have consulted our RMA dept. first.
If you have more then one item on your RMA, please put all items in one shipment as we cannot finalize your RMA until we have recieved all items.
Goods must be handled as non defective goods, meaning packed safe in boxes meant for shipping.
Handling time for RMA will be 5-7 days.
